His career began on the ground floor of aerospace in 1978, where he utilised his skills as a Production Engineer, Quality, and Compliance supplier to Sikorsky and Pratt & Whitney.
Flashing back to his education, Richard double majored in English and Speech Communications at Hiram College, then earned his J.D from the University Of Akron School Of Law - roles that highlighted his ability to communicate, lead, and negotiate with assertive finesse. His recognitions include Regional Best Individual Advocate Honors, Team Regional Champion, and becoming a National Finalist, acknowledging the extraordinary skills Richard brings to the table.
Moving forward to more recent years, Richard served as the EVP of Strategy for America Aero Group, where he continues to shape the aerospace industry with his innovative strategies and business acumen. Moreover, as the former VP, Strategy of VAS Aero Service, Richard showcased dynanism and a forward-thinking approach, evident as the Lead Project Manager for the VAS/Satair transaction in 2022.

His roles have varied from being a Little League Coach and a long-time Parish Council representative, to being a Founding Director and President of Boca Ballet Theatre Company and Director of the Symphony of the Americas. Currently, Richard also serves on the Board of Love is on The Streets, contributing to social progress and enhancing the lives of many in South Florida.
